Job summary

Own Company in the United States seeks a Business Strategy Senior Manager to lead delivery excellence across Salesforce Professional Services, partnering with C-level clients to translate ambitions into multi-year programs and value-driven roadmaps.

You will guide operating models, measure success, and drive adoption across cross-functional teams, leveraging AI tools to accelerate outcomes and ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of industry experience in customer-facing roles leading complex experience-led engagements.
• Go-to-market (GTM) support experience, including scoping, proposal development, RFP responses, and executive presentations.
• Core competencies include Business Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Product Management, Agile, Program Governance, Experience Design, Change Management, and Value Realization.
• Salesforce product knowledge and solution design experience relevant to Public Sector organizations.
• Experience with Public Sector customers (Federal Civilian, Defense, State & Local Government, Nonprofit, or Education).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: provide business strategy expertise during sales and delivery cycles.
• Strategic Discovery & Assessment: identify customer needs and opportunities; facilitate workshops for future-state models.
• Strategy Roadmap & Value Modeling: develop multi-year roadmaps and strategic use cases.
• Transformation & Organizational Adoption: align stakeholders and drive new ways of working.
• Operational Excellence: integrate value strategies into delivery and manage risks.
• Team Leadership: coach and develop other strategists and drive results.
• Business & Practice Impact: grow the practice and contribute to knowledge base.
