Getac is seeking a Team Lead for Public Sector to drive the sales program across the East region and Florida/Puerto Rico. You will lead a team of RSMs, coach them through strategy, qualification, and closing, while managing forecasts and revenue opportunities with partners and government customers.

You will represent the company at events, conduct demos, and align with the Director of Sales to execute the annual plan. Strong public sector experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team in public sector.
• Proven track record meeting quotas and driving revenue.
• Strong knowledge of RFP processes and government procurement.

Responsabilités

• Lead a four-to-five RSM team across East Territory and Florida/PR.
• Coach and mentor team to identify and close opportunities; manage forecasts.
• Oversee sales calls, proposals, and partner collaboration with resellers and integrators.
• Represent Getac at industry events; deliver product demos and presentations.
• Drive annual sales plan for Public Sector and monitor performance.
