Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to run the Public Sector sales organization. You will guide Account Executives, advance AI-driven data initiatives, and scale revenue through strategic client engagement and market expansion.

You will promote value of Salesforce Agentforce for AI automation and CRM Platform, while coordinating with data, analytics, and services teams to deliver trusted, unified data infrastructure. Excellence in leadership and strategic selling is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software and/or applications sales at the CxO level.
• Experience selling data infrastructure or Data Foundation-type solutions.
• Proven leadership of sales teams with quota overachievement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Public Sector sales organization, including Account Executives, to drive complex transactions.
• Set and execute a customer acquisition strategy that grows annual ACV bookings, with emphasis on data-first, Data Foundation-driven positioning.
• Maintain key customer relationships and manage the sales process, including accurate forecasting and funnel metrics.
• Work cross-functionally with field teams and key corporate teams (e.g., Solution Engineering, Customer Success, product, and industry marketing).
