Job summary

Blue Line Solutions, headquartered in Chattanooga, TN, is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to strengthen the Sales org through training, tools, processes, and CRM support. You will enable onboarding, craft playbooks, and partner with leadership to raise product knowledge and sales performance.

This hands-on role requires strong communication and relationship skills, with a focus on scaling outreach to law enforcement, municipalities, and government partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles.
• Experience delivering training, onboarding, or professional development.
• Experience working with or supporting a Sales organization and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and continuously improve onboarding and training for Sales teams.
• Provide ongoing training on products, services, systems, messaging, and expectations.
• Partner with Sales leadership to ensure strong understanding of solutions.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, materials, guides, and resources.
• Identify training gaps and opportunities to improve effectiveness.
• Coaching, call reviews, deal reviews, and professional development.
• Coordinate consistency in how products are presented to customers.
• Support Salesforce usage and data accuracy across the team.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor activity, pipeline, and performance.
