Job summary

Scale is seeking a Program Manager to join the Public Sector Sales Enablement team. You will own onboarding, learning paths, and readiness across Deployment Strategist and Solution Engineering tracks, ensuring a seamless handoff from company orientation.

You will partner with People and BU leadership to align onboarding with PS goals and the broader GTM strategy. In this role, you will build governance for PS onboarding, craft playbooks by motion, and lead cross-functional collaboration with

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in a Sales Enablement, GTM Enablement, or closely related role.
2+ years of program management experience, end-to-end lifecycles.
Familiarity with federal/public sector sales environment and compliance contexts.

Responsibilities

Build and own Public Sector onboarding for Deployment Strategist and Solution Engineering tracks.
Define ramp criteria and communicate them to new hires and managers.
Utilize the Sales Enablement Platform to deploy learning paths and track readiness.
Partner with People team and BU leadership for PS onboarding post-orientation.
Launch foundational sales skills training for the Public Sector team.
Develop and maintain playbooks by motion for Public Sector reps.
