Job summary

City of New York's Department of Transportation, Division of Bridges, is seeking a Procurement Analyst 2 to support the full procurement lifecycle, review ESA task orders, CMAs, and pre-qualification lists, and coordinate with ACCO and PASSPort for compliance and timely processing.

The role requires strong knowledge of procurement regulations, Excel-based cost verification, and close collaboration with project teams to ensure accurate documentation and successful solicitations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of government procurement and contracting regulations.
• Experience coordinating complex contracts and procurement activities.
• Hands-on with procurement and budgeting systems similar to PASSPort and FMS3.
• Excellent oral and written communications and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in procurement lifecycle including ESA task orders and CMAs.
• Review and process PASSPort RFx documents and approvals.
• Verify task order costs against payrolls and rosters using Excel.
• Coordinate with ACCO and project teams to finalize solicitations.
