Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of experience in an IT Field Support role.

• Hands-on experience with Locution or similar alert systems is preferred.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Document resolutions and technical procedures.

Skills

4+ years of experience in an IT Field Support position

Hands-on experience with Public Safety alert systems

Basic IT Certification Preferred (A+)
