You will support both internal teammates and client environments, ensuring minimal downtime and accurate documentation. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and required certifications (A+ and vendor hardware).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years related experience.
• A+ certification and at least one vendor hardware certification required.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and vendor diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Performs hardware and peripheral repairs and testing.
• Installs and tests system hardware and documents work.
• Configure and test network equipment (switches/routers/firewalls).
• Support network operating systems and server hardware.
• Maintain documentation and replacement parts as needed.
• On-site servicing for internal and client equipment.
