Texas GovLink, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our technical services team and provide onsite IT support in the Fort Worth area.

You will install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on personal computers and related systems, and resolve hardware and software issues for enterprise users. You will also troubleshoot network-related desktop problems, deliver user training, and mentor junior technicians while leading project efforts.

Competenze

• 5 years of end-user support.
• 5 years supporting PC hardware and routine software installation.
• 5 years troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in an enterprise environment.
• 5 years supporting Microsoft Productivity tools such as Office 365 and MS Teams.
• 4 years of white-glove executive level support.
• 4 years supporting video tele-conferencing solutions such as Cisco Webex.
• 5 years creating technical knowledge articles (preferred).
• Working in a multi-vendor environment for support environment (preferred).
• 4 years utilizing ServiceNow in a support environment (preferred).

Mansioni

Texas GovLink, Inc. is an Austin-based firm which has been a leading provider of technical and business professionals to clients in Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to be a key resource on a technical services team.

Work Location

100% Onsite in Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities

The worker will have an excellent understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology. Performs installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computers (PC) and related systems. Troubleshoots and resolves software and hardware failures. Identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop) computers. Provides technical support, training, process creation, and leading various project efforts, and is an exceptional local leader and mentor to junior Technicians

Qualifications

5 years of:

• Experience providing end-user support
• Experience in supporting personal computer hardware and routine software installation
• Experience troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in a enterprise environment
• Experience supporting Microsoft Productivity tools such as Office 365 and MS Teams

4 years of:

• Experience providing “white-glove” executive level support
• Experience supporting video tele-conferencing solutions such as Cisco Webex

Preferred (Optional):

5 years of:

• Experience creating technical knowledge articles
• Working in a multi-vendor environment for support environment

4 years of:

• Experience utilizing ServiceNow in a support environment
