Samsara Inc. is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager for the US Public Sector. This remote role serves cities, states, school districts and universities, guiding them to maximize value from Samsara's IoT platform and joint success planning with executives.

5+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role (enterprise SaaS experience preferred).
Experience supporting or working with technical products.
Proven ability to build trust and communicate with executives, Product and Engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

Be on the front-lines to increase customer value with Samsara's IoT platform.
Draft joint success plans with customers outlining objectives, metrics, and timelines.
Lead executive business reviews with customer stakeholders and Samsara leadership.
Conduct workshops to understand current operations and optimize workflows with Samsara products.
Explain platform capabilities to diverse businesses and industries.
Mentor Customer Success and Support teams.
Champion Samsara culture and long-term value.
