Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role (Enterprise SaaS preferred).
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and day-to-day users.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines and ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with our IoT platform.
• Compose joint success plans with customers outlining objectives, metrics, timelines, and removing barriers.
• Orchestrate executive business reviews with customer decision makers and Samsara leadership.
• Conduct workshops with customers to understand operations and recommend workflow changes.
• Deeply understand Samsara platform capabilities and explain them to diverse businesses.
• Serve as a mentor to wider Customer Success and Support teams.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
