Job summary

Samsara is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for the Public Sector, a remote role open to US-based candidates (excluding certain metroareas). You will partner with top public sector customers to tailor Samsara’s IoT platform, drive success plans, and orchestrate executive reviews with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3+ years in senior CS or related fields, strong problem solving, and experience with enterprise SaaS.

Qualifications

3+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
Experience with Enterprise SaaS is preferred.
Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence.
Experience supporting or working with technical products.
Ability to build trust and communicate with executives and engineers.
Openness to a fast-paced, unstructured environment.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end enterprise customer success with public sector clients.
Collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product to align on value delivery.
Drive executive business reviews and joint success plans with customers and Samsara leadership.
Conduct workshops to map current operations and recommend workflow improvements.
Explain Samsara platform capabilities to diverse business users and stakeholders.
Mentor wider CS and Support teams and embody Samsara’s cultural principles.
