At Atlassian, a Public Sector Account Executive will nurture and grow strategic relationships across federal, state, and higher education customers while coordinating with partners and solutions engineers to drive value with our software suite.

You will engage with enterprise customers in a consultative, relationship-driven sales model, influencing roadmap direction and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes in a dynamic public sector environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software sales experience.
• 5+ years selling into the SLG market.
• Strong relationships with Government Agencies and Higher Education Institutions.
• Deep knowledge of Government contracts and procurement vehicles.
• Experience with customer-first SaaS organizations.
• Enterprise sales with a consultative, relationship-oriented approach.

Responsabilités

• Nurture and grow existing relationships and build new ones.
• Coordinate with Channel Partners, Solutions Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Guide direction of future roadmap and continually improve customer experience.
