GitLab’s Enablement & AI organization helps revenue teams build the knowledge, skills, tools, and confidence to sell GitLab effectively and deliver better customer outcomes. The team partners across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Partnerships, Product, Marketing, and Operations to turn priorities into scalable programs, content, training, onboarding, and accreditations.

This role supports the Public Sector business, reporting to the Vice President of Enablement & AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead sales enablement programs for Public Sector customers and partners across Federal, State, Local, and Education markets.
• Identify needs with Public Sector leadership and tailor content to different buying environments and procurement cycles.
• Create new enablement content focused on product knowledge, onboarding, leadership development, and other areas for Public Sector.
• Collaborate with enablement content and operations teams to develop core sales training and curriculum for Public Sector, including compliance content.
• Align enablement activities with events, campaigns, and industry shows relevant to Public Sector.
• Use Salesforce, Clari, Claude and other tools to train Public Sector teams and educate them on deal processes.
• Develop sales training aids, supporting materials, and assessments for field effectiveness including Deal Desk and compliance guidance.
• Measure and report on the impact of enablement investments for Public Sector outcomes.
