You will guide technical evaluation, proofs of concept, and value validation, coordinating with Sales and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption. Qualifikationen

• Background in technical pre‑sales or IT consulting with U.S. public sector experience.
• Hands‑on experience using GitLab and modern software development practices (CI/CD, DevSecOps).
• Ability to connect technical solutions to measurable mission outcomes and advise senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Guide public sector customers through pre‑sales activities, tailored demos, and hands‑on workshops.
• Lead technical evaluation, POC/POV design, tender support, and proposals input.
• Create Customer Success Plans and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Champion customer feedback to Product, Sales, and Marketing and contribute to roadmaps.
• Stay current on GitLab and cloud practices, delivering reusable assets for customers.
