Databricks Inc. is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to accelerate platform adoption and growth within top customers. The role blends technical leadership with commercial accountability, reporting to a DSA Manager in Field Engineering.

You will engage with stakeholders across multiple teams, orchestrate resources, and drive plans to production and successful usage of Databricks workloads.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in technical delivery within Data and AI.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of distributed data systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead post-technical win account strategy for Databricks use cases in strategic accounts.
• Be the main technical contact for production/go-live status of use cases.
• Coordinate with Professional Services and engineering teams to drive adoption and value.
• Provide KPI updates on usage and customer health to management.
