Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to accelerate adoption and growth of the Databricks Platform across top customers. You will lead post-sale technical strategy, coordinate across Professional Services and engineering, and drive onboarding, enablement, and successful production use cases.

This hybrid role blends technical leadership with commercial accountability, reporting to a DSA Manager within Field Engineering.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience delivering technical projects/programs in Data and AI.
Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand plans for prioritized customers.
Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for key use cases across major accounts.
Act as the accountable technical leader for multiple use cases and customers, coordinating across teams.
Be first contact for technical issues related to production/go-live status of use cases.
Leverage Shared Services, Onboarding/Technical Services, and Support resources to plan tasks beyond scope.
Create and own a point-of-view for accelerating use cases into production with PS engagement proposals.
Coordinate with Product/Engineering for new product innovations and upgrades.
Develop an execution plan covering all customer-facing technical roles and work streams: production, enablement, adoption, cost control, governance.
