Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to lead post-sale technical strategy for SLED customers. You will partner with Sales, Field Engineering, and Professional Services to accelerate adoption and ensure customer success across complex workloads.

You will serve as a technical leader, orchestrating multiple teams, driving production use cases, and delivering value through data platforms and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering technical projects within Data and AI.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting role.
• Understanding of distributed data systems architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Field Engineering to drive adoption for State, Local, and Education (SLED) customers.
• Lead post-technical account strategy and execution for identified use cases.
• Be the accountable technical leader across use cases and customer organizations.
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Onboarding/Technical Services, PS, and Support to deliver outcomes.
• Provide KPI updates and health metrics to the Technical GM.
