Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of business development or sales in construction with public-sector focus.
• Established relationships with Florida public owners in education, military, local government, or healthcare.
• Understanding of Florida public procurement and cooperative purchasing.
• Strong presentation, writing and proposal skills.
• CRM and MS Office proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Market JOC, Continuing CMAR, IDIQ, and cooperative contracts to education, government, healthcare, and airports.
• Explain cooperative purchasing, unit price books, and scoping to owners.
• Build and track task-order pipelines from first contact through award.
• Lead go/no-go reviews, capture planning, and proposals.
• Represent the company at industry events and maintain CRM records; report pipeline metrics.
