Job summary

T&G Constructors in Miami, FL is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in South Florida's education, multifamily, hospitality, and other targeted markets. You will develop relationships, identify opportunities, and drive profitable construction projects.

Reporting to the Vice President, you will lead the BD strategy, manage the pipeline in the CRM, collaborate with estimating, preconstruction, operations, and marketing, and represent the company at industry

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of BD experience within construction, development, architecture, engineering, or related industry.
Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute South Florida BD strategy, focusing on Education, Multifamily, Hospitality, and other markets.
Identify and pursue new clients, projects, markets, and strategic opportunities.
Develop and manage the BD pipeline and track progress in the CRM.
Establish measurable goals and KPIs and report progress to leadership.
