You will build and manage a robust pipeline, cultivate relationships with owners, engineers, and partners, and lead strategic initiatives to expand the company's project opportunities throughout the Southeast.

The role requires a proven BD track record, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients and win bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years in business development or sales.
• Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and win long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop pipeline of project opportunities and strengthen client partnerships.
• Identify new markets and strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
• Manage relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Lead RFPs and qualification materials for prospective clients and partners.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to meet BD objectives.
• Travel to client sites and events as needed to cultivate relationships.
