Job summary

EDB is seeking an Analytics & AI Account Executive for Public Sector Sales to accelerate Platform and Analytics revenue. This role partners with PubSec Sales Account Executives to drive opportunity generation, deal velocity, and field enablement.

The candidate will co-sell on active deals, design targeted campaigns, and act as the domain expert for analytics messaging and competitive positioning across the sales team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding quota in enterprise technology sales.
• Experience selling analytics, AI, data platforms, cloud, databases, SaaS, or related enterprise tech.
• Understanding of government regulations and security/data management for sensitive public sector data.
• Experience selling complex solutions to enterprise customers.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior technology and business executives.

Responsibilities

• Co-sell with account and territory owners on active deals to progress and close analytics opportunities.
• Design and execute targeted sales campaigns within existing accounts to expand analytics footprint.
• Serve as the primary domain expert for the sales org, keeping AEs and field updated on analytics messaging and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with account owners to ensure analytics solutions align with broader territory plans.
