Job summary

Scale AI is hiring an engagement manager to lead delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer. You will own or support a large account plan, manage day-to-day execution, and ensure outstanding customer experience in a fast-moving environment.

This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years in stakeholder management or enterprise-scale delivery, strong analytics, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
• 5+ years of work experience in stakeholder management or delivering enterprise-scale applications/solutions.
• Track record of structured, analytics-driven problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to be onsite with the customer in the Omaha area 4 days per week and travel at least 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships from executive to end user.
• Scope agentic workflow use cases with Scale’s engineering team.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve AI/ML objectives.
• Proactively identify customer needs and pain points to ensure success.
• Oversee onboarding and successful implementation of customer accounts.
