Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking an engagement manager to lead and coordinate delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer.

In this role you will own or support a large account plan, manage day-to-day execution, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will work with executive sponsorship to scope use cases, guide a cross-functional team, and proactively identify needs to drive success.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 5+ years in stakeholder management or customer-facing roles delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Structured, analytics-driven problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to be onsite with customers in the Oahu area 4 days per week and travel ~25%

Responsibilities

• Manage executive-to-end-user relationships for a national security customer.
• Scope agentic workflow use cases with Scale’s engineering team.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to meet AI/ML objectives.
• Identify customer needs and pain points to ensure success.
• Oversee onboarding and successful implementation of accounts.
