Job summary

Scale seeks a senior technical delivery professional for the public sector in Washington DC to own customer relationships with senior government leaders and analysts. You will coordinate with engineering and product teams to translate workflows into AI use cases, drive adoption, and manage multi‑disciplinary engagements.

You will travel 25–50% for onsite engagements, briefing sessions, and demonstrations, operating within secure facilities and air‑gapped systems.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 5+ years in technical delivery roles.
• Ability to build trust with executives and operators.
• Experience translating complex workflows into technical requirements.
• Strong technical fluency in AI, software systems, data, and agentic workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders.
• Comfort working in secure facilities and air‑gapped government systems.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% for onsite engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships across the account, from senior government leaders and program offices to analysts and operational users.
• Build structured user-engagement programs that reach operators and analysts using Scale’s products daily.
• Translate operational workflows and mission problems into AI and agentic workflow use cases.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product, operations, security, and government stakeholders.
• Plan and execute customer engagement weeks, user testing events, demonstrations, briefings, and onsite activities.
• Drive adoption of Scale capabilities in operational environments, incorporating user feedback into product requirements and delivery priorities.
