Scale AI is seeking an engagement manager to lead delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer. You will own or support a large account plan, manage day-to-day execution, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, scope use cases, and oversee onboarding of accounts.

A TS/SCI clearance and 5+ years in stakeholder management or enterprise-scale delivery are required. Onsite in Omaha 4 days a week with travel up to 25%.

Qualificações

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 5+ years of stakeholder management or enterprise-scale delivery experience.
• Analytical problem-solving with structured approaches.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to be onsite in Omaha area 4 days per week and travel ~25%.
