Sierra is building AI agents for public sector partners in San Francisco, delivering scalable conversations and trusted experiences. As an Agent Strategist, you’ll own how agents come to life, bridging product, building, and policy to turn complex problems into reliable, production-ready solutions.

You’ll work with agency leaders to define success, shape AI strategy, and expand impact across multilingual journeys and multi-step workflows, while upholding privacy and security standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Comfort engaging with technical concepts, including APIs and data models.
• Passion for public service and improving outcomes.
• Clear, persuasive communication across executives, ops, policy, and tech.
• Strong analytical skills to adapt in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to production.
• Advise public sector leaders; define success and opportunities.
• Run sessions with program, operations, security, legal, and procurement teams; resolve issues to keep deployments moving to launch.
• Identify new use cases and multilingual, multi-step journeys for expansion.
• Shape product and public sector strategy with leadership.
