Job summary

Sierra is seeking an Agent Product Manager for the public sector to lead the development of enterprise-grade AI agents serving government institutions. You will work closely with engineers, public sector customers, and cross-functional teams to define strategy, validate requirements, and ship impactful solutions.

Your role involves discovering opportunities with federal and state agencies, engaging stakeholders, and translating mission goals into measurable roadmaps and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience developing highly technical products.
• Experience in Product Management or a senior level role.
• Passion for public sector work and transforming outcomes.
• Ability to coordinate with public servants and technical stakeholders.
• Experience communicating with senior executives and public sector leaders.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong product judgment with cross-functional impact.
• Degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Build enterprise-grade AI agents for government institutions with engineers and customers.
• Discover opportunities with federal and state institutions and prioritize AI agent opportunities.
• Engage with customers at all levels; demonstrate and navigate challenges.
• Own outcomes from concept through production with cross-functional teams.
• Shape platform and public sector roadmap with research, product, and platform teams.
• Help build Sierra’s public sector business with leadership on strategy and investments.
