Sierra is building a platform to enable every government and public sector organization to deploy human-centric AI with high trust. You will design and ship production-grade AI agents for government institutions at federal and state levels, partnering with leadership to scale our public sector team and align product components with market needs.

You’ll work closely with public officials to surface unmet needs and drive impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Full stack development experience with familiarity in AI development.
• Passion for public sector work and belief in AI to improve outcomes.
• Comfort coordinating with public servants to understand workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade AI agents for government institutions at federal and state levels.
• Partner with industry leadership to build the public sector team and scale the business.
• Engage with institutions to identify needs and opportunities to expand impact.
• Shape the evolution of Sierra's core platform through collaboration with research, product, and platform teams.
