As an Agent Strategist, you’ll own how Sierra’s AI agents come to life for our customers — from pilot to thousands of conversations daily.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• MBA or comparable business-technical experience.
• Proven track record in enterprise client work.
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to production launch and iteration.
• Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders and shape AI strategy.
• Run customer sessions, troubleshoot issues, and keep builds on track for launch.
• Surface unmet needs from customer work to influence product direction.
