• Monitors budget expenditures and notifies supervisor if expenditures exceed budgeted amounts.
• Manages daily/ monthly cash disbursements and bank deposits.
• Compiles accounting reports and analyzes financial data.
• Audits travel expense statements for accuracy and compliance with state regulations.
• Maintains vendor files and accounting records.
• Operates accounting software (PeopleSoft) and records transactions.
• Ensures accurate financial information and documentation.
• Completes required trainings and performs other duties.
