Job summary

Axon in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Technical Account Manager to partner with public safety agencies to deploy, adopt, and operate Axon technology. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Support to ensure successful deployments and measurable outcomes that improve safety.

You’ll drive technical health, adoption metrics, and operational efficiency, while guiding customers on product capabilities and integrations. On-site work with travel is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical account management or similar roles.
• Experience supporting SaaS, cloud platforms and deployments.
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for assigned agencies.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Axon's software.
• Lead troubleshooting with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services.
• Assist with deployment design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Support onboarding and transition to steady-state operations.
• Build trusted relationships with agency stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on product capabilities and integrations.
• Monitor adoption and operational health metrics.
• Deliver advanced product training to customer stakeholders.
