Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to champion mission-critical logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for emergency dispatch centers across the United States. You will guide PSAPs, directors, and municipal leaders toward resilient, modern public safety operations.

You will drive complex engagements, navigate procurement cycles, and help public safety agencies achieve strategic goals while expanding RaaS contracts and service opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years in sales or 4+ years in related areas.
• Experience selling technology to public safety agencies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of P25, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, and NG911 i3 standards.
• Familiarity with CJIS security policies and state public record retention laws.

Responsibilities

• Quota attainment: meet or exceed vertical sales quota reliably.
• Strategic account penetration: target new logos and lead complex sales.
• Pipeline forecasting: maintain Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Consultative solution design: align client goals with modern security solutions.
• Public safety prospecting: build relationships with 911 directors and city/county buyers.
• Consultative selling: assess needs for analog-to-digital migrations and NG911 readiness.
• RFP excellence: lead end-to-end responses for government bids.
• Ecosystem integration: partner with major radio and telephony vendors.
• Live demonstrations: show incident reconstruction and AI speech analytics.
• Contract management: secure long-term RaaS contracts and expansions.
• Vertical-alignment: operate across the United States.
