Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Field Services Manager to lead our post-sales teams responsible for on-site installations, deployments, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4. You will direct Field Engineers, manage SLAs, and drive revenue through successful project delivery in public safety environments.

This role requires 5+ years of technical management experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of VoIP, networking, and CTI. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive technical management in support/field teams.
• Experience in public safety or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Proven track record managing remote and on-site teams.

Responsabilités

• Direct, mentor, and evaluate a dual-function team of Field Engineers.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of on-site installations and deployments.
• Ensure adherence to installation protocols, SAT, and security standards.
• Manage customer escalations with clear communication and leadership.
