Qualifications

• Experience leading field deployment teams and post-sales services.
• Familiarity with mission-critical networking and VoIP tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Engineers; manage on-site installations and deployments.
• Ensure SLAs, project schedules, and revenue delivery.
