Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Technical Field Services Manager to lead our post-sales teams responsible for installation, deployment, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4. You will ensure SLAs, coordinate on-site activities, and deliver high-quality service to public safety customers.

This role requires travel and strong leadership in mission-critical environments. Applicants should have 5+ years of technical management, public safety experience, and familiarity with VoIP, CS technologies, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive technical management experience leading technical support and/ or field deployment teams.
• Experience in public safety, mission-critical environments, telecommunications, or NG911 preferred.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams (remote and on-site).

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and evaluate a dual-function team of Field Engineers.
• Set KPIs for response times, resolution rates, and project delivery.
• Oversee on-site installations, upgrades, and system cutovers with customers.
• Coordinate with PMs and client IT/dispatch directors on timelines and readiness.
• Lead process improvements and maintain security/compliance standards.
