Job summary

Motorola Solutions, through Exacom, seeks a Technical Field Services Manager to lead post-sales field teams responsible for installing, deploying, and maintaining Exacom Hindsight 4. The role ensures rigorous SLAs, on-site deployments, and high-quality service to public safety agencies.

The ideal leader has 5+ years in technical management within mission-critical or public-safety settings, with strong VoIP, networking, and CTI expertise. Travel and coordination with PMs are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive technical management experience leading technical support and/or field deployment teams.
• Public safety, mission-critical environments, telecommunications, or NG911 systems preferred.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams (remote and on-site).

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales technical services teams including Field Engineers.
• Direct on-site hardware/software installations, upgrades, and system cutovers.
• Ensure SLAs are met and customer satisfaction maintained.
• Develop KPIs for response times, resolution rates, and project delivery.
