Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Field Services Manager to lead our post-sales technical services team. You will manage Field Engineers responsible for installation, deployment, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4, delivering reliable service for public safety customers.

This role emphasizes strict SLA attainment, on-site deployments, and revenue‑oriented project closures. Travel up to 20–30% is required; background checks and CJIS compliance are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years leading technical support or field deployment teams.
• Experience in public safety or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Proven track record managing remote and on-site multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning, scheduling, and execution of on-site hardware and software installations.
• Coordinate with project managers and client IT/dispatch for timelines and site readiness.
• Ensure adherence to installation protocols, SAT, and security standards.
• Act as technical lead during system commissioning and go-live events.
