Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a high-performing Technical Field Services Manager to lead post-sales technical services teams overseeing installation, deployment, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4.

You will manage Field Engineers, ensure on-site deployments meet SLAs, coordinate with project managers, and drive process improvements while supporting public safety agencies. Travel is up to 25-50% and the role requires background checks for CJIS compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive technical management leading technical support and/or field deployment teams.
• Public safety, mission-critical environments, telecommunications, or NG911 systems experience preferred.
• Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary technical teams (remote and on-site).

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and evaluate a dual-function team of Field Engineers.
• Plan, schedule, and execute on-site hardware and software installations and upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, SAT, and security compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with PSAPs and emergency centers.
• Lead project backlog management to close projects and generate revenue.
