Motorola Solutions is seeking a high-performing Technical Field Services Manager to lead our post-sales services teams. You will manage Field Engineers responsible for installation, deployment, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4, ensuring on-time delivery and service excellence for public safety customers.

Responsibilities include setting KPIs for response times, coaching teams, coordinating site readiness, and maintaining security/compliance standards.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive technical management experience leading technical support and/or field deployment teams.
• Public safety, mission-critical environments, telecommunications, or NG911 systems preferred.
• Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary technical teams (remote and on-site).

Aufgaben

• Direct, mentor, and evaluate a dual-function team of Field Engineers.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee on-site hardware/software installations and upgrades.
• Set KPIs for response times, resolutions, and project delivery against SLAs.
• Improve support workflows and maintain relationships with key public safety stakeholders.
