Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a high-performing Technical Field Services Manager to lead our post-sales field engineering team responsible for installation, deployment, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4. You will ensure SLAs, on-site deployments, and top-tier service to public safety agencies.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical management within mission-critical environments, with strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills. Travel up to 20–30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive technical management experience leading technical support and/or field deployment teams.
• Experience in public safety, mission-critical environments, telecommunications, or NG911 systems preferred.
• Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary technical teams (remote and on-site).

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales technical services teams including Field Engineers.
• Oversee on-site installations, deployments, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4.
• Ensure SLAs, project delivery, and revenue generation with timely project closures.
• Refine support workflows and maintain a robust knowledge base.
