Job summary

Mobile Communications America (MCA) is seeking an Account Executive for the Kentucky region, focusing on the Voice (MSS) division. This remote role supports public safety agencies with tailored, mission-critical comms solutions that improve safety and operations.

The role emphasizes building relationships, identifying opportunities, and guiding customers through the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of direct sales/public safety experience preferred.
• Experience in public safety markets or direct service in public safety.
• Knowledge of radio/critical communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local and state public safety agencies.
• Act as trusted advisor; recommend tailored comms solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Manage full sales cycle from engagement to closing.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop territory strategies to drive revenue growth.
