Mobile Communications America, Inc. (MCA) seeks an Account Executive in Jacksonville, FL to drive new business and strengthen relationships with local and state public safety agencies.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, delivering mission-critical wireless, data, and security solutions while supporting operational needs. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of sales or public safety experience or 5+ years in direct sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of sales or public safety experience preferred, OR 5+ years of direct sales or public safety experience.
• Proven expertise in public safety, gained either through direct service or through sales roles focused on public safety markets.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, service-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local and state public safety agencies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding operational challenges and recommending tailored solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
• Manage full sales cycle from engagement to closing and growth.
• Collaborate across the organization to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
