Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Account Executive to champion mission-critical logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for emergency response agencies. You will guide 911 PSAPs and municipal leaders toward resilient public safety operations, leading multi-layer government sales cycles across the United States.

You will manage complex engagements, forecast pipelines, and craft consultative security solutions that address NG911 readiness and digital migrations, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in sales/public safety or 6+ years in sales/public safety.
• Experience selling to public safety agencies or municipalities.
• Knowledge of P25, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, and NG911 i3.
• Familiarity with CJIS security policies and state retention laws.
• Experience navigating multi-layer government sales cycles (6–18 months).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex sales engagements with emergency dispatch centers.
• Forecast revenue pipelines and maintain Salesforce hygiene.
• Lead end-to-end responses for government bids, RFPs, RFQs.
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expand systems.
• Develop vertical-alignment strategy nationwide.
