Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 1+ years in sales, customer success, military or public safety, or 4+ years in those areas.
• Industry experience selling to public safety agencies, local governments, or municipalities preferred.
• Technical understanding of public safety technologies and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Quota attainment: achieve or exceed assigned vertical sales quota on a consistent, repeatable basis.
• Strategic account penetration: target new logos and lead complex sales efforts.
• Pipeline forecasting with Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Consultative solution design to match client security goals.
• Public safety prospecting with 911 directors and city/county purchasing agents.
• Consultative selling: assess needs for analog-to-digital migrations and NG911 readiness.
• RFP excellence: lead end-to-end technical responses for government bids and RFQs.
• Ecosystem integration: partner with major radio and telephony vendors to position integrated solutions.
• Live demonstrations of software capabilities including incident reconstruction and analytics.
• Contract management: secure long-term RaaS contracts and expansion revenue.
