Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a Sales Specialist to champion our logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for emergency response teams. You will serve as a trusted advisor to 911 PSAPs, dispatch directors, and municipal decision-makers, guiding them toward safer, more resilient public safety operations.

You will lead complex engagements within regulated procurement cycles, manage long-term RaaS contracts, and build relationships with key stakeholders such as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of experience in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety.

Responsibilities

• Attain quota and penetrate strategic accounts.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with Salesforce hygiene.
• Lead complex engagements in emergency dispatch centers.
• Present capabilities in incident reconstruction, screen recording, QA evaluation, and AI speech analytics.
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expansion revenue.
• Build relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and city purchasing agents.
