Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to champion our logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for public safety agencies. You will guide 911 PSAPs, dispatch directors, and municipal decision-makers toward building a resilient foundation for modern operations.

In this role you will lead complex sales engagements within emergency dispatch centers, drive strategic account penetration, and forecast revenue with Salesforce hygiene while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of experience in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience
• OR 4+ years of experience in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience
• Industry experience selling technology to public safety agencies or local governments
• Technical acumen in P25, SIP/VoIP, CAD integration, NG911 i3 standards
• Familiarity with CJIS security policies and state public record retention laws

Responsibilities

• Lead complex sales engagements within emergency dispatch centers
• Penetrate strategic accounts and target new logos
• Forecast revenue pipelines with Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility
• Understand client goals and design modern security solutions
• Build relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and city/county purchasing agents
• Conduct deep needs assessments on analog-to-digital migrations and NG911 readiness
• Present software capabilities like incident reconstruction, screen recording, QA evaluation, and AI speech analytics
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and system expansion revenue
