Job summary

ESI is hiring a seasoned Public Safety Technology Account Executive for nationwide remote work. You will own the full sales cycle, building your own book of business across public safety agencies, from prospecting to close.

Represent ESI at conferences, deliver product demos to analysts and IT stakeholders, and navigate public sector procurement. Travel is required for events as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Experience selling into government, public sector, or law enforcement is a strong plus.
• Ability to learn a platform deeply and sell it confidently.
• Track record of carrying and hitting quota.
• Willingness to travel for events.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound leads, and conferences.
• Represent the company at law enforcement conferences, fusion center events, and association meetings.
• Run and deliver product demos to analysts, command staff, and IT stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close deals, including navigating public sector procurement.
• Manage your pipeline and forecast in the CRM.
• Build long-term relationships and grow accounts after the sale.
