Ladders is seeking an Account Executive - West to join a leader in Enterprise Technology. This remote role will focus on new business and expanding relationships across the public safety market in the western territory; you will manage the full sales cycle and partner with stakeholders in public-sector organizations.

Success depends on disciplined territory execution, consultative selling, and the ability to build trust with executive decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of technology sales experience in Public Safety or Government sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Public Safety workflows, particularly 911 and Criminal Justice.
• Track record of generating pipeline and closing deals in public-sector environments.
• Familiarity with government purchasing processes, RFPs, and contracts.
• Excellent consultative selling skills with emphasis on discovery and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to generate meetings and revenue.
• Consistently prospect and reach out to new opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Provide accurate weekly reporting on sales activity and forecasts.
• Build strong relationships within public safety agencies to understand their needs.
• Strengthen existing customer relationships to support long-term revenue growth.
• Demonstrate the company's solutions and clearly communicate their value compared with competitors.
