Job summary

Versaterm in the United States is seeking an Account Executive, ECC to grow revenue for Call Triage and AI-assisted public safety products. This is a remote, U.S.-based, full-time role managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close across five- to six-figure deals.

You will engage public safety agencies and local government partners, apply MEDDPICC and Challenger Sale methodologies, build a strong pipeline in Salesforce and Gong, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and

Qualifications

5–7 years selling software to public safety agencies or government.
Track record of meeting pipeline targets and quotas.
Comfort with cold outreach and full-cycle sales.
Familiarity with public safety operations (911, CAD, RMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own territory and prospect into PSAPs, ECCs and public agencies to build a strong pipeline.
Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close across five- to six-figure deals.
Deliver compelling demos linking Versaterm's platform to real-world challenges.
Apply MEDDPICC rigor for qualification and forecasting accuracy.
Leverage Challenger Sale to frame customer value and drive decisions.
Maintain pipeline in Salesforce and Gong and track active opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Implementation teams.
Identify upsell opportunities and drive expansion across departments or jurisdictions.
Represent Versaterm at conferences and industry events and build stakeholder relationships.
Consistently meet or exceed quota and performance metrics.
